Why is the UR40 a Game Changer? 

The new UR40 from PA features at its heart a revolutionary PAT pending design which allows the user to start the nozzle in any position without causing damage to the ceramic seat or turbine as is the case with other turbo nozzles. 

Drawing on years of experience and feedback from the industry the UR40 is a LOW vibration design to reduce operator fatigue and component wear. Featuring upgraded ceramic seats and on orifice size 10 & 12 a tungsten carbide seat and tip the UR40 is fully serviceable, repairable and maintainable to get the best value from your investment.

Service Intervals:

150 Hours: Air blow the internal parts and lubricate the gaskets with water resistant grease

300 Hours: Check the gaskets and internal components for wear, replace if necessary with genuine parts, lubricate with water resistance grease and re-assemble.
